Warming Up Before each game get together in a circle and do quick passes with loud encouraging team talk. When playing up to 10 games a day your body doesn't need any extra fatigue, so these warmups should be short and sharp and where you build team connection.
After Each Game Come together as a team. Have a chat about the game just played by discussing positives and negatives. Then, leave that game behind and move on to the next game and the next challenge. An idea for coaches is to have the team playing positions ready for the next game so players are prepared. Enjoy Tournaments are such great fun; they allow you to create lifelong memories that you can talk about for years to come.
